"Kosovo is no longer the top story.  The TTC strike, shootings in Denver, these are what the public want to hear about.  As long as NATO does not take losses the level of interest in a campaign in a far-off land will continue to decline.  Out of the public eye NATO can bomb with impunity.  Serbia will be destroyed by the fickleness of public interest and media attention.  Face it, most people simply don't care anymore".
